Jessica Harbour To All Instructors

It is an absolute joy to introduce myself!  My name is Jessica Harbour and I am a lover of all things creative.  I live in Oceanside with my amazing husband of 20 years and three incredible children.  This will be my 13th year homeschooling my children.  Walking through life with my family has been my greatest passion. 

I’ve also had the privilege of working, in the education field, for the past 25 years from an outdoor science school, Sylvan Learning Center, Kumon, private tutoring, being a homeschool teacher to working as a special ed aide this last year at Coastal Academy.  I truly believe in building meaningful relationships through education and meeting students where they are as individuals.   

In this journey of education, I have followed my children’s love for theater.  I jumped into leading set design and building for the past 7 years, as a volunteer.  This is where I discovered I could use the gifts I’ve been given in a powerful way.  Through design, creativity, collaboration with my team, hard work, and searching beyond the script … I learned that I can do impossible things!  I am eager to light the way for your child to spread their wings in acting, improv and scenic design.
