Cannetta Bradford To All Instructors

I am truly excited for the opportunity to bring CEnergy Gymnastics to The Legacy Alliance families! I am the founder of Cannettic Energy with Cannetta Bradford LLC, an enrichment company created to help children grow in confidence, creativity, strength, character, and joy through meaningful, high-energy learning experiences.

For more than 20 years, I have been passionate about creating meaningful gymnastics, dance, fitness, movement, and youth enrichment experiences for children and families in schools, recreation centers, camps, and community settings. My background includes teaching dance and fitness at the University of San Diego, serving as a full-time Fitness Specialist at The Golden Door. leading group fitness and youth programs, and creating choreography and movement experiences for children and adults of all ages.

I have always loved creating spaces where children can move, laugh, learn, take healthy risks, and discover that they are capable of more than they may have believed before walking into class.

I am also a homeschooling mom and have been homeschooling full-time since 2017. Being part of the homeschool community has given me a special appreciation for opportunities that support the whole child. Children need places where they can make new friends, move their bodies, build confidence, explore their interests, and be encouraged as they grow at their own pace. My heart is to create those kinds of opportunities for every CEnergy student with classes designed to help children feel seen, supported, and excited to participate.

I am especially thrilled to offer gymnastics classes for Legacy Alliance students Monday through Thursday, with a variety of age- and skill-level options. CEnergy Gymnastics is custom tailored to be an encouraging place for children to build coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, and foundational tumbling skills while having an
absolute blast along the way!

Whether your child is ready to try their very first forward roll, dreams of mastering a cartwheel, loves obstacle-style movement challenges, or simply needs a fun place to build confidence, there will be a place for them in our program. Students will enjoy engaging movement games, floor skills, balance activities, beginner gymnastics progressions,
stretching and strength-building exercises, and exciting challenges that help them celebrate every step of their growth.

My goal is for each child to leave class feeling proud, capable, and eager to come back.Gymnastics is about much more than handstands and cartwheels. It is an opportunity topractice courage, perseverance, teamwork, focus, and the beautiful feeling of saying, “I did it!” I cannot wait to meet your family and welcome your child into the CEnergy Gymnastics community—where children are encouraged to move with joy, grow with confidence, and shine in their own unique way.
